> incl. 5 years+ within EPIC, multi-location and Alliance Project function €1 billion project as Company Representative;
> 15 years + Pipe-lay and offshore construction (including vessel conversion) up to €300m projects as Senior Project Controller & Budget Forecast Manager including jacket and manifold piling (shallow and deepwater);
> 5 years Management Project Accountancy in a World Project (Channel Tunnel) - €20 billion project as UK Managing Project Accountant including the piling and foundation works at Shakespeare Cliff base camp for Tunnel maintenance and future use, reinforced earth solutions, raising of Terminal Site from pumped in sand (from Goodwin Sands) and brick-pit structures, platforms, track work, power, buildings, roads and bridges and service tunnels;
> 8 years complex Contract (multi-tier) structuring as Contractor Lead Legal Interface allowing for deliverables such as bonds (performance and adjudication), insurances, collateral warranties (incl. cross), Parent Company Guarantees, Main Sub Contractor pass down, risk registers;
> Lead Contract, Legal, Corporate Governance and Commercial interface manager > 10 years;
> Projects Coverage for UK, Denmark, Norway, Australia, GoM, Trinidad, Oman-India, and Netherlands (occasional travel).
>IT literate and experienced in IT infrastructures including networks, information warehouses, extranet, servers. Hosting, Microsoft products: Excel, powerpoint, Intuit Quick books, Word and Outlook, presentation & negotiation skills, SAP & Oracle training;
> Vast experience of :
-dispute resolution methods (12 Adjudications, 3 Arbitrations, Mediation, multiple High Court actions, claims and variation management including piling and ground conditions claims, extensions of time, LADs, time and monies, quantum;
-NEC3 New Engineering Contract Training, IchemE and standard contract forms;
-Legal and counsel interface management;
-Corporate Governance - Directors, Officers and Company Secretarial matters.
